EcG series commercial dual discharge air cooler with ethylene glycol ECG351/CLN-ET

Product Overview:
ECG series air cooler with ethylene glycol developed by our company is designed with ultra-thin structure, with air inlet at
bottom and air supply on both sides, which is mainly used for cold store with ethylene glycol aqueous solution as
refrigerant. The product installation space is small, which is mainly used in the processing room with operators with
low-temperature ethylene glycol aqueous solution as the refrigerant. EcG series air cooler can meet the requirements of
cold store atabout 10ec, oec and -18c respectively. This series of products has the following characteristics:
1.Enclosure: Made of aluminum plate sprayed with powder coating (silver gray RAL9006), featuring high corrosion
resistance and lightweight;
2. The side sheet of the heatexchanger is made of aluminum plate, which can effectively protect the copper tube and
reduce the weight;
3. Double drain trays design: The outer water tray is designed with overall hinge structure, which is convenient for operation;
the inner water tray is designed with sink structure made of aluminum plate, and the condensed water or defrost water is
directly discharged into the drainage outlet of the outer water tray via the specially designed water trough;
4.Coil: Tube spacing38.1x33 intriangle arrangement, with high heat transferefficiency;
5. Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilicaluminum foil, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm and 6.0mm to meet the
requirements of different temperatures and humidity;
6. Fan: Specifications: φ350, high-speed and low-speed design in tine with requirements of different noises,operating
temperature:-30-60°C, quantity of fans: 1-4;
7. Defrosting: The electric defrosting is adopted in the standard manner, and the stainless steel heating tubes are
distributed in the coil fins and the inner water tray, which can bring about desirable defrosting effect;
8. The lP65 waterproof junction box and waterproof connectors are used, with better waterproofing; the fan and the heating
pipe are wired separately, which can lead to high reliability;
9. It is subjected to strict factory pressure test at the pressure of 23bar;
